Aerobics-  In this class we do exercises, we do in class include jogging, rowing, swimming, or cycling, to stimulate and strengthen the heart and lungs, thereby improving the body’s utilization of oxygen. This class will make you sweat, causes you to breathe harder, and gets your heart beating faster using oxygen to meet energy demands.

Aerobics for Beginners- This introductory class focuses on getting you started in the activities above. The purpose is to make you sweat and breathe harder it uses oxygen to beat your heart faster.

Dance Aerobics- In this class we are doing ballet, jazz, Zumba. This class unlike aerobics focuses on slow paced compared to the other aerobic classes. Because of this, this class is a great option for those who are pregnant, obese or the elderly.

Barree- This class focuses on improving balance while doing exercises that focus on holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles combined with small range-of-motion movements.

Body Pump- Interested in building lean muscle mass that provides long term benefits. Then this class is for you. This class is a series of activities using light weights, while performing high repetitions.

Brazilian Workout- This class is a high energy workout where instructions shows Brazilian traditions with popular dances such as Rio Samba, Reggae, Orixa and Capoeira.

Cardio Kickboxing- This class combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. You can improve coordination and flexibility.

Meditation- This class the instructor focuses  on stress reduction. We do this by having a place to slow down and stop incessant activity in our minds. We reach a state of thoughtless awareness.

Pilates- This class focuses on strengthening the body with emphasizing core strength. This concentrates on balance, posture and flexibility.

Spin Class- This is a high intensity cycling workout that people can do in a stationary machine. We have a  Level 1 and a Level 2.

Whole body Workout- this class involves a mixture of strength training and cardiovascular exercises to get the best calorie burn.

World Beat Dance- This class blends western pop music or rock music with world and traditional music.

Yoga- is a class where you can reach a comprehensive system for well being on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Yoga for Seniors- This class is a safe place for seniors to practice a comprehensive system for all levels of well being.
